The Utah Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is a network of Utah professionals, families, and community members dedicated to advancing the welfare and education of children and youth with exceptionalities through professional development, political advocacy, and collaboration. As a local CEC Unit, INCEC's mission is to improve the education and quality of life for children and youth with exceptionalities and/or special needs and to enhance engagement of their families.
